Jake speaks at the Historic Paulus Hook Association

Jake at Historic Paulus Hook Neighborhood Association

We can do better on sustainability and storm water management! It was a pleasure raising this issue at the Historic Paulus Hook Association last night. Paulus Hook was among the Downtown neighborhoods hit the hardest by Hurricane Sandy. We have to get smart about future development Downtown, and that means turning to developers for help with sustainability and storm water management. I've grown a strong backbone as a court-appointed attorney; I'll bring that strength to the City Council and stand up to developers, making sure they help us meet our needs with sustainability and storm water management. I've got your back, Jersey City!

Many thanks to the Historic Paulus Hook Association for having me.
